Counter Culturist Literature Lovers Essay Scholarship

At Counter Culturist we’re dedicated to blending ancient wisdom, literature, science, and practical advice to help you wake up and thrive in this chaotic, modern world. At the core of this purpose is the sacred power of the written word.

Our current focus is meditation, mindfulness, and how to integrate these practices into your life.

Words have the power to shift perspectives, start revolutions, connect lovers, and even help you feel a little less alone.

We’ve created the Counter Culturist Literature Lovers Essay Scholarship for Undergraduate and Postgraduate students with a passion for the written word to receive a $500 award.

Students who are currently studying English, Law, Philosophy, Psychology, Business, or other Liberal Arts may be extremely interested in this scholarship program, but it’s open to students across any discipline and area of study. All we care about is that you have a passion for the written word.

If this scholarship resonates with you in any way we highly encourage you to apply.

The Rules Of Engagement

To participate in this scholarship program you’ll have to create an essay over 1,000 words on the topic of ‘How (Favorite Author/Book) Changed My Life’.

Your essay should weave personal experience with the ideas or language presented by the author.

Write something you truly care about.

We’re not looking for a rigid academic synthesis of the topic. But instead, an essay that illustrates the importance of books in our modern culture.

Make it inspirational, make it thought provoking, and make it fun.

The individual who produces the highest quality essay will receive $500 that can be used for course materials or other education-related resources. If you would like to know more, please continue reading.
